NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.

Any cancellations returns exchanges must be done in writing via our return / exchange form (scroll down to the bottom of this page for these forms). Any items that are received damaged in shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and hand-written via our damaged claim form. Emails or phone calls to simply report such issues will not be a valid form of the aformentioned. All Sales Final. Non defective items that are exchanged or refunded will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders that are drop shipped from our vendors/manufacturers, meaning they are not shipped out by us, they will be subject to an additional 20% restocking fee on top of our 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges of non damaged items after 30 days of sale. Returned items must be in new and unused condition. Defective items will be exchanged or refunded (at our discretion) within 30 days of sale unless otherwise specified (i.e. 1 year warranty posted on the item). Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded on non defective returns, but will be on defective returns. Light bulbs are not retunable unless packaged UNOPENED in the original packaging, and we will guarantee all bulbs (except LED Bulbs where a different warranty may be noted) for a period not exceeding Thirty (30) days from sale. No exceptions. We do not accept returns on LED Bulbs, no exceptions. Any LED Bulbs that are defective within the specified warranty period (usually 2 - 10 years) will be excanged by the manufacturer. Please note on any approved returns on trims that you will be charged with both a restocking fee and our cost to ship the trims to you. If you place your order online, your credit card will be charged immediately. If you choose to cancel the order after placing it online (before it ships), you will be subject to a 15% administrative fee (15% of the total order). Please understand that this covers our administrative fees, credit card fees (we get charged by your credit card company when we charge your card AND also when we reverse a charge). If you wish to cancel your order after placing it online, you must do so within Thirty (30) minutes of placing it or all of our terms apply. More importantly, if you wish cancel any orders that are manufactured per order (i.e. Outdoor lights or any custom specified fixtures, etc.) must be done within 30 minutes after the order is placed of order due to labor costs, processing costs, Credit Card fees, etc. We work diligently on all of our orders, and strive to have every order ship ASAP. Keep in mind that although most outdoor lighting orders ship within seven (7) days, Outdoor fixtures may take up to a maximum of six (6) weeks depending on material stock, etc. As far as any items that are not in stock when you place your order (indoor lights, outdoor lights, etc.) can take up to 8 weeks to ship (this is very rare). If you need your fixtures sooner, please call us and we will confirm stock and timetables over the phone. If you place an order on the internet and attempt to email a cancellation, we will not be able to cancel your order via email. Whether you place an order over phone or the internet, you must fax a written cancellation request within 30 minutes, signed by the cardholder only, to 818-772-0500. If you do this in time period allotted, you will then receive a credit memo minus all fees per our terms, and will fees may vary due to product(s) ordered and how far the order has progressed. Keep in mind that the time the order was placed is recorded. Please make sure to read all of our terms and conditions before ordering. If you have any questions BEFORE placing the order, please call us before placing the order! Also keep in mind that we are not licensed electrical contractors. It is the buyer's responsibility to either understand how to properly connect and wire lighting, or hire a qualified, licensed electrical contractor to do so.
Please note and understand that when you order recessed cans and trims and you do not get a case quantity (i.e. you order 4 cans/trims when the case quantity is 6, trims have a risk of bending even though we diligently package them. In most cases you can bend the trims back. Case quantities are typically 6, 12, 24 & 48 trims. If you buy say 3 trims, the customer will be responsible if they get bent.
If you order ANY rope light, PLEASE make sure to verify that it is the CORRECT rope light (voltage, color, etc..) before unravelling or cutting the spool. Once the Rope Light is cut, not only does it void the UL listing, but we cannot accept returns on any cut rope light, defective or otherwise. Once rope light is cut, it is non-returnable even if it is NOT the spool you ordered, no exceptions. If you have unraveled the spool and NOT cut it, and it is defective, we will replace the rope light within the warranty period free of charge. If the incorrect spool was shipped in error (this very rarely happens, but feel free to call us when you receive your rope light order and we will happily verify you have received the correct spool(s) over the phone, and if you received incorrect spool(s), i.e. 12 Volt when you ordered 120 Volt, we will promply fax you a return label and send out the correct spool at no charge to you. But please DO NOT CUT IT until you know for sure you have received the correct order! Also, if you cut rope light and find dark spots, you will have to replace/splice in burnt out pieces at your own expense. Please remember one important thing: DO NOT PLUG IN AND TURN ON ANY ROPE LIGHT WHILE IT IS STILL ON THE SPOOL! DOING SO WILL CAUSE IT TO MELT AND MALFUCNTION WITHIN SECONDS! This will void your warranty, and we will not be able to accept rope light in this condition for return or exchange even in the case that the wrong rope light was shipped to you. If you believe you have received the wrong product, please check the invoice and/or the model # specified on the box and call us ASAP, and we will rectify the issue at no cost to you. Please make sure you have received the CORRECT rope light before installation and or splicing.
As of January 2008, the following applies to all low voltage LED bulbs: LED Bulbs are warrantied for the period advertised with the LED Bulb EXCEPT if you are using a 12v or 24v LED Bulb and you are NOT using our transformers. Low Voltage LED Bulbs require a DC (Direct Current) Transformer, If you are using your own transformer the warranty will be for a limited one (1) year, depending on the transformer you are using (i.e. if you are using a non-lighting transformer such as a "Buck & Boost", your wararnty will be void and there will be no warranty. You can use our AC or DC transformers and the following warranties applty: If you use one of our AC transformers, the warranty will be for Three (3) Years. If you use one of our DC transformers, your warranty will be for ten (10) years. |

We cannot and will not advise on installation and wiring of our lighting beyond the fixture(s) basic features and functions, as we are prohibited and held liable by law since we are NOT licensed electriicians. We may, however, be able to assist you in locating a qualified licensed electrician to suit your needs. Outdoor items may take 2-3 weeks to ship from date of purchase, and your credit card will be charged within 48 hours of placing the order. Since these items are custom made per order, custom outdoor fixtures that are non-defective may or may not be returnable at our discretion, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All other terms and conditions of sale apply. We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all of our Solid Brass and Copper Fixtures on material only. We guarantee these fixtures will NEVER rust or corrode. Finish on custom painted fixtures will be guaranteed for a period of one(1) year from date of delivery. Sockets and wiring will be guaranteed for a period of one(1) year from date of delivery. All other terms and conditions of sale apply. Indoor and Outdoor transformers and ballasts will be guaranteed for a period of one(1) year from date of purchase unless otherwise specified (i.e. 3 year warranty posted on the item in question). Please note that all outdoor fixtures that are handmade in the USA are not returnable. All fixtures on the website are subject to slight variations depending on UL Requirements, meaning that the fixture may arrive a little different than shown online. If you are trying to match a previous order, PLEASE CALL US FIRST and we will do our best to make sure you get the same light(s) you ordered prior.
1. Please note that all outdoor fixtures that are handmade in the USA are not returnable. Any lighting made to your unique specifications (i.e. colors, length, etc.) such as custom length undercabinet strip lighting, custom finished outdoor fixtures, etc. are non-returnable. In any event we ship out an incorrect custom item, we will exchange such item for the correct item you initially ordered. Once the corrected item is received, it is non-returnable. This includes, Solar Lights, Spot & Flood Lights, Pathway Lights, Area Lights, Deck Lights, Step Lights, Paver Lights, Post Lights, Column Lights, Well Lights, Wall Lights, Underwater Lights, Etc.
Due to the nature of hand-made machining, any raw fixtures (Raw Brass, Raw Copper or Stainless Steel) that are unpainted or otherwise that are machined or hand made, may occasionally have minor blemises and/or scratches. Keep in mind that these usually add to t he beauty of the fixture, and scratches will usually darken and become unnoticeable within a month or so. Keep in mind that any minor blemises, tiny scratches, etc. will not be considered a defective issue on hand-made raw fixtures.
2. If you place your order online and you are from Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, etc. we will manually calculate your shipment here as the website is unable to, so your total will be adjusted accordingly. We recommend for these customers to call us at (818) 772-0500 and place the order over the phone so your entire order can be calculated at the time of purchase.
3. Due to the printing, scanning, reproduction process, your monitor quality, monitor settings, video card type & settings, etc., colors/finishes/lenses shown on our website and/or catalog(s) will not be identical to the actual finish/lenses you receive. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Dimensions on our website can change without prior notice according to the manufacturers discretion. If dimensions on our website do change, We are not responsible. If exact dimensions are important, please call us ahead of time so we can confirm dimensions before you order.
4. In the event the account is turned over for collection, Client agrees to pay any and all collection costs incurred to collect the unpaid balance(s) with the legally allowed interest and fines. Client also agrees that the North Valley District Chatsworth Courthouse in Chatsworth, California shall be the appropriate location for any instituted legal action. Client waives right to jury trial and consents to the long arm jurisdiction of the court. Reasonable attorney's fees shall be awarded the prevailing party.
5. If there is an issue with your order (i.e. missing item(s) or damaged goods not reported within 48 hours, simply wanting to return part of all of the order, etc.) and you dispute your credit card through your credit card company without following our Terms and Conditions, you will be subject to our collection agency to pursue our monies as well as all collection fees. If we do have to send the account to collections, there will be no negotiating at that point through us, it will all be through our collection agency. If you fail to pay the amount due in collections you will be subject to litigation, which may severely affect your credit score. Any credit card disputes that do not fall within our Terms & Conditions of Sale are subject to finance fees, collection fees every day they are past due until funds are collected, finance and interest fees are up to 7% per day starting from invoice date, or the maximum allowed by law.
6. Please note that we have a $100.00 minimum order (meaning the order itself, before any taxes and shipping charges). If you choose to order items and the order is under $100.00, a surcharge will apply. Any order that is under our $100.00 minimum that is accepted by our system will have a $15.00 surcharge added to the order. any order that is under $50.00 will have a $25.00 surcharge added to the order. Also, if your order is under $100, correct shipping will be added (our website calculates shipping based on item and size of order, so if the order is under the $100 minimum, it may be subject to a shipping adjustment.
7. Any order cancelled once we have processed your credit card will be subject to all administrative and restocking fees per our terms and conditions, and if an order is shipped and cancelled, shipping charges will also be charged to customer.
Any damage or missing item claims must be sent over via Fax. Our fax number is (818) 772-0599. No Exceptions.
Although we are diligent and thorough, on rare occasions human error does happen. Any product that is shipped incorrectly is only valid for exchange. We are not held to any lead times or job site restrictions. We do reserve the right to correct any shipping, labeling, or product mistakes due to human error. For example, if you get the wrong shipment, we will allow up to 30 days to exchange for the correct items ordered. Only in the case that a manufacturer has not changed their product specifications. Product specifications are subject to change without notice per our terms. If you do receive the wrong product and you cannot wait for exchange, and tell us that you had to buy it locally, all terms of sale do apply, all restocking fees on approved returned will be applied and all shipping cost incurred will be payed by the customer. The reason why we have this on our terms is because humans can make mistakes, and we will fulfill our obligations to any customer according to our terms.
All these terms and conditions apply whether or not you place the order online, over the phone / fax, or in person.
Please note: If you wish to cancel your order, you must fill out and EMAIL the cancellation form. NO ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED VIA PHONE OR EMAIL UNLESS YOU FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW.
